What services do you offer?We provide branding strategy, market research, and content to help companies and non-profits get their offerings in front of homeschool and ESA families. Each client's needs vary. We provide one-off reports and projects to some, with ongoing consulting and content support for others. We can discuss the services most likely to help you succeed in our free discovery call.

How much do you charge?Just as our marketing and content services will vary from client to client, our fees range based on the level or expertise we bring to the project. A dedicated focus group will cost much more than a market research report, for example. We can provide an individualized proposal with three tiers of service options once we get a better idea of the tasks that will best help you meet your marketing or content goals. Can't wait? Our discovery calls for branding strategy start at $250 per 60-minute session, and we offer $1,200 VIP-Day packages for a full day of branding and content guidance. Ask us anything!

Who will do the work?Unless otherwise agreed upon, Linsey will manage the research, analytics, and content tasks. She also does the writing. We do NOT use AI for writing, although we use it to support research and analytics for our market surveys as needed. All analytics insights are double-checked by humans for validity and accuracy. If we do contract with outside professionals, we will discuss it first, and this is built into our pricing model. If you want to explore bulk writing or SEO services, or need something outside of our regular scope, we can help you build a content program with access to our professional network. All of your information is kept strictly confidential, and only Sam and Linsey will have access to data, documents, and project details unless we've mutually agreed to bring on additional talent for your needs.

Do you offer training?Yes! If you'd like to handle more of your content work in-house, we can help guide you or your teams in following best practices for compelling content. We can come to you, or we can set up a video event from our professional location. Training materials and follow-up consulting is available after each speaking engagement. Past topics have included: - Working with freelancers - SEO for beginners - Community engagement 101 - Building a better content process - How to repurpose your content for the biggest ROI .. and more! Past events include SXSW, FinCon, MarkeTech, and the ASJA annual NYC event. Linsey is also eager to teach other writers and professional about how to grow their content businesses. Training packages start at $500 per half-day, plus travel costs and actual expenses. Please consider booking your session at least three months in advance. Linsey's schedule fills up quickly during peak seasons.
